On 1/4/2021 commercial management agreement has been signed between Benetech Shipping SA and Cygnus Tankers Ltd for the commercial management of ships controlled by Benetech Shipping SA .
Cygnus Pool Inc formulated to welcome the ships controlled by Benetech Shipping SA as well as third party ships, outsourcing the chartering of the ships in the Pool to Cygnus Tankers Ltd based on the initial agreement signed on 30/6/2022.
